Pinzochere Lab is an artisanal bread, fresh pasta, and dessert workshop in the heart of Florence, located within a historic shop that was a neighborhood landmark for decades. From its origins as a bread maker during the war to its rebirth after the 1966 flood, the shop has grown into a true artisanal production laboratory. Today, Pinzochere Lab combines tradition and modern technology, offering handmade products and one of the most comprehensive cooking schools in Florence.
